Sales Management
Sales Management is one of the most important jobs of any business, yet too often it is the activity that gets put on the back burner of most businesses. Task oriented jobs with tangible results seem to take precedence over the intangible job of managing a sales effort.
We are not saying that those other jobs are not important. They are. But I cannot deny that most successful businesses I see have someone in upper level management consistently driving sales.
The purpose of this project is to assist you with your sales efforts and help you create a competitive edge. You will find documentation regarding key sales and sales management strategies, job descriptions, etc. In addition, we expect this project to be a collaboration with all involved. You are the people on the front line, and each of you have had great ideas and successes. We want to leverage those ideas for all involved.
