Career Planning Testing and Seminar
Join Bob Erwin to explore your strengths and decision making skills that will help determine your future career. This seminar will include the Athena Quotient Assessment and the Career Planning Insights DISC Assessment and an hour long seminar to explain the results. Bob has over 20 years experience as a professional recruiter and provider of behavioral testing services for business. With two sons in college and one son recently joining the workforce, Bob understands the importance of making good decisions regarding your choice of college majors and careers.
What assessment tools will be used?
The Athene QuotientTM(AQ) is an outstanding assessment for all professionals, from young adults deciding on a career path to senior executives. The AQ measures “Good Judgment.” Not only can good judgment be identified in existing employees, it can be identified and taught to young adults. Career Planning Insights® DISC analyzes behavioral style, that is, a person’s manner of doing things. In other words, this assessment measures external behavior. This assessment is extremely important when deciding which career path is the best fit for you and will provide you with suggested career paths that match your personality. Who should attend: Adults looking for career advice or high school and college age students looking for advice on job possibilities or help deciding college majors. Parents of the students are also welcome to attend.
Cost to Attend: $100. List price for the testing alone is $225.00 This is a one time offer for students in the Greenwood, SC area.
When: Wednesday, May 20th at 4:00 PM.

What is involved: It will take approximately 1 hour to complete the two surveys. They should be completed prior to the seminar.
What if I need follow up help: Bob will be glad to schedule follow up consultations for $50.
