When individuals are in the wrong career it is often evident through their quality of work and attitude towards their job. Being in the wrong career or even the wrong job in an ideal field can negatively impact one’s daily mood and quality of life. If you feel unsatisfied with your job, but are unsure of what may be more fulfilling, then our career planning service is for you.

Our Career Planning Service consists of two assessments, The Athene QuotientTM (AQ) and The Career Planning Insights® DISC. 

The AQ measures “Good Judgement.” The AQ assessment is the most effective predictor of employee and executive success in use today.

Career Planning Insights DISC analyzes behavioral style, this is a person’s manner of doing things. This assessment is beneficial when deciding on a career path and will provide you with suggested careers at various education levels that align with your personality.

When put together, these two assessments give insight as to what environment and type of career a person would excel in.
